This piece in The Telegraph by Andy Martin, putatively a book review of the reviewer’s own The Boxer and the Goalkeeper — how exactly does a person get to review their own book in The Telegraph, anyway? — has very little to say about the book it claims to review, but it redeems itself by being very clever and quite funny. If the whole book is like this, it would be a great read.
While on the topic of the Sartre-Camus dispute, allow me to recommend the book Sartre and Camus: A Historic Confrontation, which includes the primary sources (in English translation) associated with their very public dispute.
